A stressy 8 day stint at the sock mill ended on Fathers Day at about 2 in the morning. Finally am off for 2 days. The sock mill has a nice flat roof and when the fireworks from a local festival started, I ran up there with a camera and caught a few frames of the skyline and sprays.. .
Awoke to a pair of 21-st century Dad's day greetings that arrived via internet. Was surprised later by a package of a how-to book and magazine, some film and a bar of rich dark chocolate. Yum
A blessed F/D to all who are or would be fathers. It ain't an easy gig.
